We are excited to continue to grow our movement to fight for rideshare drivers across Colorado! Colorado Independent Drivers United – Driver Support Organization (CIDU-DSO) is a worker organization, affiliated with CWA Local 7777, representing gig workers in Colorado, primarily Uber and Lyft drivers. For years, app-based workers have had their rights and their input into their working lives restricted. Finally, after years of struggle we were successful in passing legislation that provides education, transparency and deactivation protections for rideshare drivers. We have two opening to join our team to build our movement for driver power, multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!  
 

Organizer / Driver Representative

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a dynamic role that includes supporting deactivated drivers, conducting multi-lingual outreach, developing worker leaders, and advocating for policy changes. The ideal candidate will be a team player proficient with standard workplace software, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong applicants who are fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, Amharic, Nepali, or Swahili are particularly encouraged to apply.

CIDU - DSO offers a competitive salary starting at $65,000 – $75,000 based off of experience and qualifications and excellent benefits including family medical, dental and vision, paid time off, retirement, etc.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper 

 

CIDU is seeking a full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the organization and to support its financial and administrative infrastructure. This position is essential to maintaining strong internal systems, transparent financial practices, and organizational accountability as CIDU continues to grow.

CIDU - DSO offers a competitive salary starting at $75,000 – $85,000 based off of experience and qualifications and excellent benefits including family medical, dental and vision, paid time off, retirement, etc.
